Think about this for a moment: online shopping is a bit like playing roulette.
You sit down, take a deep breath, pull the trigger, and wait to find out if you just made a really bad decision.
While I was scrolling through Instagram one day I saw an ad (let me be clear – this post is not an advertisement, this is just my experience) for a cute pair pants that I would describe as “fashion-harem pants.”

I placed my order with the company, Forge, on Sunday, Aug., 26. They arrived on Saturday, Sept., 8. That’s pretty good turn around! And, right after I had placed my order, I received a really sweet email from one of their customer service reps.
By the time the pants arrived I was already so impressed by the customer service that I couldn’t help but think that I’d passed some sort of online-shopping test.
Then I opened the package. I had ordered a size small in khaki, as the sizing seemed accurate. They were so small in fact, that I was about ready to give them to one of my younger sisters.
“I could have ordered the wrong size,” I thought to myself, as I attempted to pull up the size chart online.
Then I noticed that there was a “100% money back guarantee.”

I resolved to see if I’d be able to exchange them for a larger size, and emailed the customer service rep. This email was sent on Sept. 9. Three days later I received an email that the new size had already shipped, AND! Forge allowed me to keep the size small once the newer size arrived!
I want to take a moment to thank Forge Customer Service Reps., Ella and Myla, for making this shopping experience such a pleasant one!

All in all, I will DEFINITELY be shopping with Forge again!

If you’ve purchased anything from Forge, let me know in the comment section! Have a great rest of your week, my loves, and remember to SLAY!
